★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fui 3 vezes levar o carro para lavar, e, chegando lá, disseram que não poderiam lavar pois estavam lotados. Quando eu quis agendar um dia, disseram que não agendam, é somente por ordem de chegada. Quando tentei ligar para saber se daria para lavar meu carro, nunca atendem. Importante dizer que, após a primeira vez que fui, voltei em dias que o dono havia dito que "eu podia levar que daria para lavar", mas sempre que eu chegava o cara desconversa a e dizia estar lotado. E para piorar o cara é antipático. Não recomendo.
Poor service. I went 3 times to take the car to wash, and, arriving there, they said they could not wash because they were crowded. When I wanted to schedule a day, they said not to schedule, it is only on a first come, first served basis. When I tried to call to see if I could wash my car, they never answered. And to make matters worse, the guy is unfriendly. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO, PÉSSIMO HORRÍVEL Sou cliente desde de que abriu, porém cheguei hoje por voltar das 13:00 perguntei se tinha como lavar um dos responsável disse que sim que me entregaria o carro as 15:30, ótimo deixei o carro pra ser lavado. Porém veio a surpresa meu carro era o último da fila e não avia sido lavado as 15:45 da tarde, desculpe -1 cliente, isso que fizeram cadastro e tudo do veículo não tiveram a capacidade de ligar e avisar que o carro iria atrasar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Liguei ontem na terça para agendar uma lavagem pra hoje, no sábado. Me disseram que não tem agendamento e era por ondem de chega. Hoje (sábado) acordei às 06:30h e cheguei às 7:30h, antes dos funcionários. Coloquei o carro ao lado pois aí não existia faixa pra estacionar. Quando abriu colocaram TRES carros na minha frente. Fui falar com a atendente no carro e ela me disse que eu deveria ter esperado em um estacionamento da loja vizinha, como se eu soubesse que a loja ao lado era usada para a fila de espera. Já lavei minha moto Yamaha R3 várias vezes lá, mas não volto mais lá. Não me ofereceram nenhuma solução. Pedi indicação de um lava rápido já que a fila anda estava enorme e a mesma disse que não conhecia nenhum.

Today (Saturday) I woke up at 06:30 and arrived at 7:30 before the staff. I put the car next because there was no lane to park. When it opened they put THREE cars in front of me. I went to talk to the clerk in the car and she told me that I should have waited in a parking lot of the neighboring store, as if I knew the store next door was used for the queue. I've washed my Yamaha R3 bike several times there, but I won't be back there anymore. They offered me no solution. I asked for a car wash since the line is long and she said she didn't know any.
