Motivo: falta de respeito.
Parei o carro as 11:27 e fui informado que em uma hora ficaria pronto.
Eles passaram vários outros carros na frente do meu e uma hora depois não tinha nem mesmo iniciado e para piorar a situação o responsável por receber os carros mentiu falando que já tinha iniciado.o que fui conferir e não era verdade.
Lastimável um atendimento assim.
Mais uma vez tentei usar este lava rápido e teve a mesma situação. Combinamos um horário e fui andar, chegei no horário combinado e surpresa(?) Nosso carro não tinha nem mesmo iniciado a lavagem e tinham passado outros na frente
Terrible and I was unable to perform the washing service underneath and with wax.
Reason: lack of respect.
I stopped the car at 11:27 and was told that in an hour I would be ready.
They passed several other cars in front of mine and an hour later it hadn't even started and to make matters worse the person responsible for receiving the cars lied saying that it had already started. What I went to check and it wasn't true.
Such a service is regrettable.
Once again I tried to use this car wash and had the same situation. We agreed a time and went for a walk, arrived at the agreed time and surprise (?) Our car had not even started washing and others had passed in front

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foram secar o carro com um pano que deixou o veículo embasado (vidros) também, tive que passar um pano no carro todo.
They went to dry the car with a cloth that left the vehicle grounded (glass) too, I had to wipe the whole car with a cloth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico! Péssimo serviço de lavagem, funcionários com pouco interesse em entregar o que o lugar promete. Pessoal desmotivado totalmente, o carro foi mal lavado e manchado por conta de panos sujos no acabamento da lavagem. Não volto mais lá!
I do not recommend! Terrible washing service, employees with little interest in delivering what the place promises. Totally unmotivated staff, the car was poorly washed and stained due to dirty cloths in the wash finish. I won't go back there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi muito bom. Trocou de dono várias vezes e está indo de mal a pior. Pedi para o rapaz "caprichar" na aspiração, ele disse que se estivesse muito sujo teria que cobrar $10,00 a mais!!! Fizeram o básico, cobraram $50,00 para depois eu notar que o pretinho passado nos para-choques e outras partes estava todo manchado, vidros sujos e resíduos de algo parecido com óleo em partes da pintura. Não tivesse com pressa, não teria lavado lá.
It used to be pretty good. It has changed owners several times and is going from bad to worse. I asked the guy to "fine" the vacuum, he said that if it was very dirty he would have to charge $10.00 more!!! They did the basics, charged $50.00 for later I noticed that the little black applied to the bumpers and other parts was all stained, dirty glass and residues of something similar to oil in parts of the painting. No hurry, wouldn't have washed there.
