Ofereceram serviço de lavagem dupla , disse que não me interessava e portanto funcionário me disse que não poderia lavar o meucarro na lavagem convencional.
Tentam vender servicos casados, empurrar servicos, como consumidor acima já mencionou.
Já foi bom.
Lack of professionalism.
They offered a double wash service, I said I wasn't interested and therefore the employee told me that I couldn't wash my car in the conventional wash.
They try to sell bundled services, push services, as the consumer mentioned above.
It was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem como dar menos 10 estrelas ?? Deixei o carro para lavar pela manhã e avisei onde estaria. Voltei na parte da tarde, o carro estava estacionado na rua (conforme combinado, sem problemas). Porém simplesmente deixaram meus faróis acesos!!!!!!!! Quando entrei no carro estava apitando!! Claro que a bateria descarregou!! Qdo fui falar para pedir ajuda. Primeiro duvidaram da minha palavra (como a bateria descarregaria sozinha ?), depois tentaram muito de ma vontade resolver o problema com um cabo que claramente não estava funcionando!!! Qdo pedi que resolvessem o problema - que tinha sido causado por eles!! - ainda tinha q ouvir do funcionário Isaías que eu deixei o carro lá o dia todo!!!!!!!!! Como se a culpa pelo farol aceso fosse minha!! Não fizeram mais nada pra ajudar!! Tive q chamar meu seguro. Enfim, CUIDADO ao deixarem o carro nesse lugar!!! Nunca majs!!!! Causam o problema, me deram o maior transtorno e não resolveram!!
Can you give less 10 stars?? I left the car to wash in the morning and let them know where I would be. I came back in the afternoon, the car was parked on the street (as agreed, no problems). But they just left my headlights on!!!!!!!! When I got in the car it was beeping!! Of course the battery died!! When I went to talk to ask for help. First they doubted my word (how would the battery discharge itself?), then they tried very grudgingly to fix the problem with a cable that was clearly not working!!! When I asked them to fix the problem - it was caused by them!! - I still had to hear from the employee Isaías that I left the car there all day!!!!!!!!! As if it was my fault for the light on!! They didn't do anything else to help!! I had to call my insurance. Anyway, BEWARE when leaving the car in this place!!! never majs!!!! They cause the problem, they gave me the biggest inconvenience and they didn't solve it!!
