Foi o que aconteceu a bobina do meu carro queimou, liguei pra conversar e me informaram que não se responsabilizam pelos danos. Mesmo esquecendo de avisar. Absurdo. Paguei para estragar meu carro.
I paid a cleaning of 320.00 and forgot to warn about the engine wash. It brings risks to some engine components. That's what happened the coil of my car burned, I called to talk and they informed me that they are not responsible for the damage. Even forgetting to warn. Absurd. I paid to ruin my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre levei meu carro neste lava rápido. Mas sábado dia 06/11/2021 tivemos um pequeno problema. Foi quebrado um dos botões do comando de som do volante. Questinei sobre o assunto e me disseram que o carro já chegou sem o botão do volanete. Hoje pela manhã a mesmo coisa. Me disseram que o carro já chegou sem o botão. Hoje em dia ninguém tem a coragem de dizer que errou. Sei que problemas podem acontecer. Mas pela desonestidade da empresa POLAKAR, estou movendo uma ação no pequenas causas. É bobeira ? Sim. Mas vai saber com quantas pessoas isso já aconteceu. Ou seja além de eu pagar R$ 50,00 para lavar o carro, me quebraram o comando de som no volante e ainda me disseram que o carro já chegou assim.
I always took my car in this car wash. But Saturday 11/06/2021 we had a small problem. One of the buttons on the steering wheel sound control was broken. I inquired about the matter and was told that the car had already arrived without the steering wheel button. This morning the same thing. They told me the car already arrived without the button. Nowadays, no one has the courage to say they were wrong. I know what problems can happen. But because of the dishonesty of the POLAKAR company, I am taking action in small claims. Is it silly? Yes. But who knows how many people this has happened to. In other words, in addition to paying R$ 50.00 to wash the car, they broke the sound control on the steering wheel and even told me that the car arrived like that.
