★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu uso o serviço do Titan Lava rápido a dois anos e lavo meu carro com eles praticamente todo final de semana. Sinceramente eu ainda não encontrei lugar melhor!!
O pessoal faz a lavagem interna /externa e enceramento 3m com preço e qualidade que ainda não vi mercado.
Super indico o trabalho do Thiago e sua Equipe.

 I use the Titan Lava fast service for two years and wash my car with them almost every weekend. Honestly I still haven't found a better place !!
The staff does the internal / external washing and 3m waxing with a price and quality that I haven't seen yet.
I highly recommend the work of Thiago and his team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em primeiro lugar o atendimento, por mais que todos estão empenhados na entrega com qualidade do seu trabalho, sempre fui muito bem atendido. Transparência, já estou no terceiro carro e quando tinha algum defeito lataria ou interno eles sempre reportaram , honestidade EU gostaria de ter feito um trabalho no carro, porém as pessoas que estavam a frente me aconselharam que poderiam fazer mas eu iria perder muito dinheiro, pois o serviço não poderia ser feito pois tinha algumas manchas ( com falta de verniz automotivo). Excelente trabalho, excelente tratamento com o cliente.
Firstly, the service, however much everyone is committed to delivering quality work, has always been very well attended. Transparency, I am already in the third car and when there was a defect in the bodywork or interior they always reported, honestly I would have liked to do a job on the car, but the people in front of me advised that they could do it but I would lose a lot of money, because the service could not be done because it had some stains (lacking automotive varnish). Excellent work, excellent treatment with the client.

I'm always afraid to leave the car somewhere, one of the points that makes me calm at Titan is the honesty and care of the staff. The service is always well done. Fair value. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semana passada levei meu carro de manhã cedo após agendamento com a Dani, entrei no pátio e como estava vazio posicionei o carro na área de lavagem. Só porque as mangueiras estavam no chão o proprietário do estabelecimento pensou que eu ia passar por cima das mangueiras sinalizou pra que eu parasse o carro e de forma ríspida disse que na próxima vez eu deixasse o carro no pátio que ele mesmo manobrava. Ainda de forma nada simpática disse que se passasse por cima das mangueiras ia ter prejuízo. Diante da recepção só disse que se eu causasse prejuízo eu pagaria sem dúvidas. Acho que o fundamental para cativar o cliente, além do bom serviço prestado, a forma como vc é tratado conta muito. E desta vez o tratamento ficou aquém do razoável. Não fiz nada de errado e fui tratado de forma desagradável. Espero que reflitam certos comportamentos, afinal qualquer negócio se mantém se o cliente receber um bom atendimento.

Just because the hoses were on the floor, the owner of the establishment thought I was going to go over the hoses and signaled me to stop the car and sharply said that next time I would leave the car in the yard that he maneuvered himself. Still, in an unfriendly way, he said that if he passed over the hoses, he would suffer losses. Before the reception I just said that if I caused a loss I would definitely pay. I think that the key to captivate the customer, in addition to the good service provided, the way you are treated counts a lot. And this time the treatment fell short of what was reasonable. I did nothing wrong and was treated unpleasantly. I hope they reflect certain behaviors, after all any business is maintained if the customer receives a good service.
