★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei o carro para ser feita a higienização da cabine e lavagem externa, quando fui buscar no fim do dia descobri que fizeram também a lavagem do motor. Ok.
No dia seguinte, o carro não ligou. Liguei pra o Lavacar, se eximiram da responsabilidade e nem sequer se prontificaram para resolver o problema.
Tive que rebocar o carro pra oficina, pois não consegui dar partida no tranco. Lá foi encontrado o problema no motor de partida: o induzido havia queimado, uma peça que o mecânico disse que era muito difícil de queimar, e que havia grandes chances de ter queimado por ter entrado água no motor de partida e dado curto-circuito no enrolamento.
As lavagens interna e externa ficaram boas, mas não volto mais no Lavacar pelos transtornos e pela falta de responsabilidade.
I left the car to clean the cabin and wash the outside, when I went to get it at the end of the day I found out that the engine was also washed. OK.
The next day, the car didn't start. I called Lavacar, they waived their responsibility and didn't even offer to solve the problem.
I had to tow the car to the workshop, because I couldn't start the stride. The starter problem was found there: the armature had burnt, a part that the mechanic said was very difficult to burn, and that there was a high chance that it had burned because water got into the starter and shorted the winding.
The internal and external washes were good, but I'm not coming back to Lavacar because of the inconvenience and lack of responsibility.
