★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraco, não tem gerência, os funcionários agem como querem, serviço mal feito, todas as vezes fica sujeira. Na última vez, meu carro ficou largado, serviço não concluído e eu tive que sair indagando os funcionários. Sem falar a demora.
 Weak, no management, employees act the way they want, service poorly done, every time gets dirt. The last time, my car was dropped, service not completed and I had to go out asking the staff. Not to mention the delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gastei mais de R$200 para uma lavada completa incluindo teto e bancos pois o antigo dono rodava em estrada de chão e não tinha muito cuidado. Ao chegar para buscar o carro, de tanto eu apontar erros, "lavaram" o veículo de novo pois estava muito mal executado, e ainda saí de lá muito insatisfeita. Levei novamente 15 dias depois para tentar uma segunda chance e ver se o problema tinha sido por eu ter levado o veículo tarde da primeira vez, deixei o carro de manhã e fui buscar no fim da tarde, e novamente uma grande decepção. Falta de zelo, aspiração um lixo, zero de limpeza interna, as borrachas da portas sujas, quando baixei os vidros fiquei mais decepcionada ainda, e por fim, ainda encontrei um baita arranhão que não existia quando deixei. Não voltarei nesta unidade nunca mais, e não recomendo de forma alguma.
I spent over R $ 200 for a complete wash including roof and seats because the old owner was riding on a dirt road and was not very careful. When I arrived to pick up the car, because I pointed out errors, they "washed" the vehicle again because it was very poorly executed, and I still left there very dissatisfied. It took me 15 days later to try a second chance and see if the problem had been because I took the vehicle late the first time, left the car in the morning and went to pick it up in the late afternoon, and again a big disappointment. Lack of zeal, vacuuming a garbage, zero internal cleaning, the rubber on the dirty doors, when I lowered the windows I was even more disappointed, and finally, I still found a huge scratch that didn't exist when I left it. I will not be returning to this unit ever again, and I would not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre Levo no carro lá... trabalho rápido, serviço bom. Só não tem muita estrutura pra que aguardemos o carro, já foi melhor... a salinha era mais acolhedora.
I always take the car there ... quick work, good service. It just doesn't have much structure for us to wait for the car, it was better ... the room was more welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço caro, e serviço mal prestado. O o carro sujo e cheio de manchas. Uma leve esfregada resolveria. Teve que lavar de novo e ainda sim ficou mais ou menos. Não recomendo.
Expensive price and poor service. The car is dirty and full of stains. A light rubbing would do. Had to wash again and still more or less. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente muito ruim o serviço, demorado demais. Falei que precisava do carro para no máximo 12:10, a pessoa falou que daria tempo. Já se passaram mais de 40 minutos do prazo e ainda nada. Os funcionários simplesmente pararam para almoçar e deixaram meu carro lá parado, aiinda tive que pagar um uber para buscar minha filha na escola, só prejuízo. Falta de compromisso com o cliente. Nao volto nunca mais
Honestly very bad service, too long. I said I needed the car for no more than 12:10, the person said there would be time. More than 40 minutes have passed and still nothing. The employees just stopped for lunch and left my car there, I still had to pay an uber to pick up my daughter from school, only loss. Lack of commitment to the customer. I will never come back
