Was this review helpful? They released the windshield wiper from my car and did not warn and left it thrown in place to look like it was Ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu carro e moto. Meu carro ficou com a manopla do cambio solta, o volante com a trava de regulagem de altura torta e resto de produtos dentro do carro. Minha moto teve um fio do sensor de pressão do óleo estourado pela pressao do vap e uma parte da pintura danificada.
O pessoal não sabe e não tem cuidado algum com nossos veiculos.
Falei com o responsável que alegou não ter culpa alguma sobre os fatos descritos acima. Um absurdo! Lugar péssimo!
I took my car and motorcycle. My car was left with the shift knob loose, the steering wheel with the crooked height adjustment lock and the rest of the products inside the car. My bike had an oil pressure sensor wire blown by the vap pressure and a part of the paint damaged.
People don't know and don't care about our vehicles.
I spoke with the person in charge who claimed that he was not to blame for the facts described above. Nonsense! Terrible place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegando 20 minutos antes do horário de fechamento( Google dizia 1400hs mas na verdade é 1300hs) funcionários olhando de cara feia . Dono deve estar bem $ para recusar serviço. Nunca mais. Funcionário mal educado mandou voltar no dia seguinte ...
Arriving 20 minutes before closing time (Google said 1400hs but it's actually 1300hs) employees scowling. Owner must be okay $ to refuse service. Never. Impolite employee told him to come back the next day...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível!. Horário de funcionamento não é respeitado. Será que o dono da empresa sabe disso? Informação que a empresa disponibiliza no Google está errada? Informa que abre as 08:00 cheguei as 07:55. E após 45 min de espera, ninguém havia chegado!! As 08:40 desisti e fui embora com quase 1 hora de prejuízo de tempo..ou o funcionário que abre precisa ser trocado, ou o dono da empresa está com a vida ganha.. havia + 1 carro aguardando.. crise , pandemia.. mas vamos perder cliente e negócios né... parabéns!! Sucesso!!
Horrible!. Opening hours are not respected. Does the business owner know this? Is the information that the company makes available on Google wrong? She informs that it opens at 08:00 I arrived at 07:55. And after 45 min of waiting, no one had arrived!! At 08:40 I gave up and left with almost 1 hour of time loss..either the employee who opens needs to be changed, or the owner of the company has his life won.. there was + 1 car waiting.. crisis, pandemic. .but we are going to lose customers and business right... congratulations!! Success!!
