Levei uma toca da minha gatinha para lavar e colocaram na centrífuga. Destruíram a estrutura de espuma e me devolveram toda torta. Reclamei e fiz com q descosturassem a peça para pelo menos acomodar a estrutura melhor, mas mm assim não ficou bom pq a espuma rasgou e não há como arrumar. Ninguém sequer se dispôs a me dar outro produto...

I took a hole from my kitty to wash and put it in the centrifuge. They destroyed the foam structure and returned all the pie to me. I complained and made them un-sew the piece to at least accommodate the structure better, but mm it was not good because the foam tore and there is no way to fix it. No one was even willing to give me another product ...
