★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já utilizo esse serviço há um certo tempo e percebo que muita gente reclama do pouco sabão com que eles abastecem o reservatório das lavadoras e com isso as roupas acabam não sendo bem lavadas. Fora as vezes que percebe se que não tem nada de sabão nos reservatórios. Aff...??
 I have been using this service for a while and I realize that many people complain about the little soap with which they fill the reservoir of the washers and with that the clothes end up not being washed well. Apart from the times you realize that there is no soap in the reservoirs. Aff ... ??

Primeiro vc deve fazer um cadastro, no próprio local;
Fazer uma recarga de 15 ou 30 reias ou mais ficando como crédito, lembrando que cada serviço custa 15 reias, 15 reias para lavar, 15 reias para secar;
Valor já vem embutido sabão em pó e amaciante (não tem necessidade de levar);
A forma de pagamento é nos mesmo moldes de um estacionamento de shopping.
A capacidade de cada lavagem e medida pelo cesto, encontrado no local.
Obs. Na hora de secar a cada 15min basta da uma puxada leve na tampa, aguarda ela para funcionamento, tirar as peças maiores como lençóis e edredom e recolocar novamente, aperta iniciar assim vc consegue secar 100% toda peça.
Pagamento pode ser feito em cartão ou cédulas, ela não emitir troco fica como crédito para próxima lavagem.

First you must make a registration, on the spot;

Good environment, well attended, good location, lacking to improve the air conditioning, even the central working, the door closed and few customers inside, I thought it was hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adicionei valor pra lavar e em seguida secar. Fique sentada aguardando o tempo de lavagem. Quando estava tirando minha roupa da máquina pra botar pra secar apareceram criaturas, do nada, com 2 cestos cheios e tomaram conta das máquinas de secar. Não tem ordem. Então eu que estava ali aguardando meu serviço teria que esperar no mínimo 45 minutos. Tem que ter regra e ordem. Senão um serviço que é pra agilizar nossa vida toma todo nosso tempo. Vim pra casa com minha roupa molhada. Ninguém merece essa bagunça.
I added value to wash and then dry. Sit down and wait for the wash time. When I was taking my clothes out of the machine to put them to dry, creatures appeared, out of nowhere, with 2 baskets full and took care of the dryers. There's no order. So I who was there waiting for my service would have to wait at least 45 minutes. There must be rules and order. Otherwise a service that is to streamline our life takes all our time. I came home with my wet clothes. Nobody deserves this mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é bom, climatizado, tem tv, bem fácil de solicitar lavagem, o cesto é bom tbm, no entanto as minhas principais críticas são: acredito que o sabão e amaciantes não estão sendo repostos com frequência, portanto as roupas não estão vindo tão cheirosas; e a outra é referente a secagem, 2 máquinas não estavam secando direito, apenas a máquina do canto superior esquerdo que estava secando bem.
Ah! Uma crítica construtiva é a inserção de mais máquinas, pois acabamos esperando muito, pois são apenas 3 máquinas de cada.
The environment is good, air-conditioned, has a TV, very easy to request washing, the basket is good too, however my main criticisms are: I believe that the soap and fabric softeners are not being replenished often, so the clothes are not coming so fragrant; and the other one refers to drying, 2 machines were not drying properly, only the machine in the upper left corner was drying well.
Oh! A constructive criticism is the insertion of more machines, because we ended up waiting a lot, since there are only 3 machines of each.
