★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solução prática por um preço justo. Adoro lávar roupa aqui. Mas infelizmente toda vez que venho sempre tem uma máquina quebrada. Ou aumenta o investimento na aquisição de mais máquinas ou aumenta a frequência de manutenção.
 Practical solution at a fair price. I love doing laundry here. But unfortunately every time I come there is always a broken machine. Either increase the investment in acquiring more machines or increase the frequency of maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu gosto dessa rede. Acho prática, barata e acessível. Não foi diferente em Maceió. Acho porém que tem algumas coisas que você precisa considerar antes de ir... Normalmente o tempo de secagem é maior do que 30min (para ser exato 45min), logo, se você optar por esse serviço, irá despender de mais de 1h na loja (e por consequência, caso haja fila, o seu tempo será ainda maior - pois sempre existirá uma fila de aguardo entre os usos das máquinas). Inclusive, no meu caso, esse tempo não foi o suficiente para secar as roupas (eu teria que comprar um adicional), mas acabei precisando finalizar em casa.
Outro ponto que entendo que poderia melhorar seria o fato do autoatendimento ter uma opção de silenciar, nem sempre é agradável ficar ouvindo as instruções das leituras em volumes altíssimos.
No mais a lavagem é boa e de fato consegue dar conta de limpar e perfumar as roupas.
I like this network. I find it practical, cheap and accessible. It was no different in Maceio. But I think there are some things you need to consider before you go... Usually the drying time is longer than 30min (to be exact 45min), so if you choose this service, it will take more than 1 hour in the store (and consequently, if there is a queue, your time will be even longer - as there will always be a waiting queue between the uses of the machines). Also, in my case, this time was not enough to dry the clothes (I would have to buy an additional one), but I ended up needing to finish at home.
Another point that I believe could improve would be the fact that the self-service has an option to mute, it is not always pleasant to listen to the instructions for readings at very high volumes.
Otherwise the washing is good and actually manages to clean and perfume the clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar climatizado, limpo, prático e rápido. Tivemos um problema com o sistema que não estava ligando a máquina que rapidamente foi corrigido pela funcionária que reiniciou o sistema.
Cabe bem mais que 20 peças se as roupas forem leves, de verão.
No local também há wi-fi e tomada para carregar o celular.
Muito bom!!
Air-conditioned, clean, practical and fast place. We had a problem with the system not turning on the machine which was quickly fixed by the employee who restarted the system.
It fits well over 20 pieces if the clothes are light, summer.
There is also Wi-Fi and a socket to charge your cell phone.
Very good!!
