★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, nunca mais vou utilizar o serviço deles, segunda feira dia 12 de agosto mandei lavar 2 cobertores e um tapete. Falaram q ia entregar sexta feira dia 19 de Agosto. Liguei na quinta falaram que não podiam entregar, porque o motorista já tinha ido embora. Na sexta liguei às 9 da Manhã, me prometeram as 11 da manhã porquê saio pra trabalhar as 11 da Manhã. 11:30 e nada de chegar meus produtos. Liguei lá pra ver o q estava acontecendo o Erick estava mais perdido q cedo em tiroteio então resolvia meu problema e querendo dar desculpas. Inclusive até o motorista disse q era culpa dele. Quase 4 horas da tarde e ninguém entra em contato comigo.
Resumindo vou ter que ir lá pegar meus cobertores e vou falar pra todo mundo o q ocorreu, jogar nas redes sociais, empresa q destrata o consumidor....
E quando tiver vida, nunca mais piso lá, só quero o q e meu q são meus cobertores q até agora não me devolveram....
Terrible, I'll never use their service again, Monday August 12 I had 2 blankets and a rug washed. They said they were going to deliver Friday, August 19th. I called on Thursday they said they couldn't deliver because the driver was already gone. On Friday I called at 9 am, promised me at 11 am because I go to work at 11 am. 11:30 and no getting my products. I called there to see what was happening Erick was more lost early in the shooting so solved my problem and wanting to make excuses. Even the driver said it was his fault. Almost 4 pm and no one contacts me.
In short I'll have to go get my blankets and tell everyone what happened, play on social networks, company that destroys the consumer ....
And when I have life, I never walk there, I just want what and my q are my blankets so far have not returned me ....
