Ao levar a peça até o proprietário, passei pela situação constrangedora de que a queimadura não teria partido da lavanderia, sem qualquer consideração com o cliente, tampouco qualquer forma de resolver a situação. NÃO INDICO!!
 I was a regular customer of Bonasecco Maceió (Jatiúca), until I had a suit burned in one of the washes. When taking the piece to the owner, I went through the embarrassing situation that the burn would not have left the laundry, without any consideration for the customer, nor any way to resolve the situation. NOT INDICATE !!

Na hora da entrega inventam essa desculpa acho que atrasa devido a demanda.( No caso eles falam que é o ferro) últimamente não estão atrasando mais as minhas roupas, por conta que eu sempre falo antes cuidado.com o ferro em kkkkkkkk
