Fiz uma ligação hoje para discutir o tingimento de uma peça de lã. Educadamente fiz perguntas sobre orçamento e coloração. O homem que me atendeu por telefone era extremamente evasivo, respondia de forma ríspida e apressada às minhas perguntas e no final ainda disse que tinha outros clientes para atender.
Esse atendente ficou completamente impaciente quando eu disse que queria ter uma noção da cor que meu casaco ficaria, o que acredito ser uma dúvida comum para o consumidor.
Não recomendo essa empresa de forma alguma. Muitas outras lavanderias na cidade contam com serviços de qualidade e profissionais mais educados e respeitáveis.
One of the worst care I have received in many years.
I made a call today to discuss dyeing a piece of wool. I politely asked questions about budget and coloring. The man who answered me on the phone was extremely evasive, answered my questions harshly and hurriedly and at the end even said he had other customers to answer.
This attendant was completely impatient when I said that I wanted to get a sense of what color my coat would look, which I believe is a common question for the consumer.
I do not recommend this company in any way. Many other laundromats in the city have quality services and more educated and respectable professionals.
