Em algumas situações foi necessário voltar mais de uma vez no local pois não tiveram sequer a iniciativa de ligar e avisar que precisavam de mais tempo. Hoje foi a última vez que usei o serviço da lavanderia. Pela falta de respeito e transtorno gerado na entrega das roupas.

Desde o primeiro contato (por telefone) até o atendimento presencial (inicial e final), tudo foi perfeito. Ora, fiquei encantado, pois não é todo dia que se encontra uma equipe tão competente e disposta ajudar, com tamanha qualidade. Simplesmente excepcionais, fazia tempo que não encontrava pessoas tão bacanas e excelentes no que fazem.

I met Lavanderia Eldorado on 04/22/2022 and my case was an emergency. From the first contact (by phone) to the face-to-face service (initial and final), everything was perfect.
