Pela segunda vez, não entregaram minha roupa, e o piro, agora tem 1 semana de atraso e não atendem o telefone.
Difícil comunicação, não cumprem prazo de entrega e alem de tudo, não lava direito e justificam com as justificativas mais ridículas que ja se viu. "o dono viajou", "o dono nao trabalha hj" etc...
Pessima. Queri apostar a foto dos edredons mal lavados, porem nao tem a opção. Alem de tudo entregam a peça totalmente amarrotadas. Absolutamente ruim em todos os sentidos.

Difficult communication, do not meet deadline and beyond everything, do not wash right and justify with the most ridiculous justifications that have already seen. "owner traveled", "owner does not work hj" etc ...
Pessima. I wanted to bet the picture of the poorly washed duvets, but do not have the option. In addition they deliver the piece totally crumpled. Absolutely bad in every way.
