★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi para ser feita uma impermeabilização em dois sofás de três é dois lugares,depois da primeira aplicação fiz o teste e tinha alguns pontos que nao está imperbiabilizado pois o líquido infiltrada ,liguei é fizeram uma nova aplicação é continua a mesma coisa, o funcionário ainda me falou que melhor não ficava. Não recomendo pessimo...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei para lavar um tapete de fios de algodão e uma persiana de papel dobrado (que impede que minha casa fique totalmente devassada), com a entrega em 03 dias. Após 04 dias entregaram os it ens bastante sujos, e pedi para refazerem. O tapete voltou manchado e bem empoeirado e a persiana quebrada. Voltaram com a persiana consertada e ainda com sujeiras após 08 dias do início. Não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Não lavaram a cadeira direito e a impermeabilização não adiantou de nada (o sofá era novo, estava no plástico quando foi impermeabilizado, o que é recomendado). Porém não fizeram nada direito, não testaram a impermeabilização feita, nem nada. Desde o primeiro dia está assim, entrei em contato e não obtive retorno. Aproveitaram que meus avós estavam em casa, vieram aqui fazer o serviço de qualquer jeito e não tiveram nem um pouco de ética profissional. Assim que cheguei do serviço e fui testar vi que não estava impermeabilizado. NÃO RECOMENDO !
Terrible. They didn't wash the chair properly and the waterproofing didn't help (the sofa was new, it was in plastic when it was waterproofed, which is recommended). But they didn't do anything right, they didn't test the waterproofing made, or anything. It's been like this since the first day, I contacted and got no response. They took advantage of the fact that my grandparents were at home, they came here to do the job anyway and they didn't have any professional ethics. As soon as I arrived from the service and went to test it, I saw that it was not waterproofed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !
