O excelente serviço já começa pelo atendimento da proprietária Glenda. As roupas são bem lavadas, passadas e cheirosas além do preço justo. Já levei cortinas e tapetes também, serviço impecável. Escolhi a empresa para outro serviço na lavagem dos meus estofados. Super recomendo!!!
I started using Lavateria's services by referral about a year ago and became a loyal customer.
The excellent service starts with the service provided by the owner Glenda. The clothes are well washed, ironed and smelling beyond the fair price. I've taken curtains and rugs too, impeccable service. I chose the company for another service to wash my upholstery. Super recommend !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei algumas coisas pra lavar nesse local e eles atrasaram 13 dias da data que combinaram de entregar... até aí, "tudo bem"... mas quando abri o tapete pra colocar no quarto da minha filha, ele estava totalmente sujo. Inacreditável. Entrei em contato, enviei as fotos e pedi meu dinheiro de volta, e eles simplesmente pararam de me responder. Péssimo atendimento, péssima qualidade no serviço.
Diferente do que foi relatado na resposta abaixo, eu respondi sobre o PIX AS 16:37, apenas 6 minutos depois da pergunta. Minha resposta foi lida e ignorada. Mandei novamente à noite, que também foi lida e ignorada e hoje a mesma coisa.
Se você tivesse respondido pelo whats como respondeu aqui, com certeza eu esperaria segunda feira e não teria colocado nada aqui no Google (que por mais engraçado que seja, você conseguiu responder, mesmo eu tendo feito o relato num domingo que não é seu horário de trabalho).
I sent some things to be washed at this place and they delayed 13 days from the date they agreed to deliver... so far, "all right"... but when I opened the rug to put it in my daughter's room, it was totally dirty. Unbelievable. I contacted them, sent the photos and asked for my money back, and they just stopped responding. Bad service, bad quality of service.
Unlike what was reported in the answer below, I answered about PIX AS 16:37, just 6 minutes after the question. My reply was read and ignored. I sent it again in the evening, which was also read and ignored and today the same thing.
If you had answered by whats as you answered here, I would certainly wait for Monday and would not have put anything here on Google (which, as funny as it is, you managed to answer, even though I made the report on a Sunday that is not your work).
