★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Mandei um spencer Tahary para lavagem e voltou com a estampa que era preta cor de laranja. Solicitei reembolso do pagamento da lavagem e se recusaram a devolver o dinheiro. Não confio mais, não levo mais nada, pois além de estragarem ainda cobram.
Terrible! I sent a spencer Tahary to wash and came back with the print that was black and orange. I requested a refund of the washing payment and refused to return the money. I don't trust anymore, I don't take anything anymore, because in addition to spoiling they still charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o serviço de ajuste de roupas, quando fui buscar nessa data, fui recebida por funcionária extremamente mal educada, me tratou o tempo inteiro com desrespeito e grosseria desde que cheguei. As minhas calças ficaram curtas, novamente a funcionaria fez mais grosserias até finalmente observar que realmente estavam curtas, e depois ainda disse que não poderia garantir como iria ficar o conserto já que não é la que o serviço era feito. Chegou um ponto que eu fiquei indignada com tamanho desrespeito, muito mais do que com o erro da costura em si. Além disso, o cliente não pode ser responsável pelo serviço externo que a lavanderia contrata. Todos erramos, mas educação é questão de escolha. Já que prestam um serviço que não podem garantir e a funcionária trata mal o cliente, aconselho pensar muito bem antes de utilizar algum serviço nesse estabelecimento.

My pants were short, again the employee made more rudeness until finally I noticed that they were really short, and then I still said that I couldn't guarantee how the repair would be since that's not where the service was done. There came a point where I was outraged at such disrespect, much more than at the sewing error itself. In addition, the customer cannot be responsible for the external service that the laundry hires. We all make mistakes, but education is a matter of choice. Since they provide a service that they cannot guarantee and the employee treats the customer badly, I advise you to think very carefully before using any service at this establishment.
