★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Ondina apart tem uma instrutura muito boa. Não tinha nada a me queixar quando ao tomar café no último dia, achei um palito de fósforo no molho do cachorro quente.
São coisas que não podem acontecer e pelo jeito foi deixado de propósito, acho muito difícil um palito de fósforo cair por descuido dentro de uma panela.

O rapaz que me atendeu disse que eu precisava levar lá pra ele ver a peça pra depois dar preço! kkkkk Eu tive que rir . Ele insistiu que não daria preço por telefone... nunca vi isso...Já pensou você levar roupa suja pra um lugar para ele avaliar que preço daria pra lavar ? Eu hein... Péssimo para o primeiro contato..

I never saw that ... Have you ever thought of taking dirty clothes to a place for him to assess what price he would give to wash? I huh ... Terrible for the first contact ..

Liguei para perguntar preço e fui atendido por uma senhora extremamente mal preparada, grosseira e antipática, me falou que não tinha condições de passar o preço por telefone, que se eu quisesse que levasse as roupas lá para ela analisar e por fim desligou o telefone na minha cara. Acho que para ter esse tipo de atendimento melhor não ter atendimento algum por telefone, tirem o telefone da internet. Mesmo assim, ainda fui lá e fui informado que certas roupas precisariam de uma pré-lavagem antes de serem lavadas....????? Isso mesmo, que eu deveria lavar a roupa em casa e depois trazer elas para serem finalizadas na lavanderia.... as máquinas usadas são máquina de uso residencial Enfim.
Terrible attendance. I called to ask for a price and was answered by an extremely ill-prepared, rude and obnoxious lady, told me that I couldn't afford to pay the price, that if I wanted her to take her clothes there for her to analyze and finally hung up the phone at my face. I think to have this kind of service better not have any phone service, take the phone from the internet. Even so, I still went there and was informed that certain clothes would need a prewash before they were washed .... ????? That's right, that I should do the laundry at home and then bring them to be finished in the laundry .... the used machines are residential machine anyway.
