★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam desse lugar. Deixei uma calça para tingir em novembro de 2021 e até hoje, fevereiro de 2022 eles não me entregam. Voltou pra refazer o tingimento pois não havia ficado bem feito. Depois disso passo lá quase todas as semanas e a gerente não dá explicações plausíveis para o desaparecimento da peça. Peço de volta e também o dinheiro que paguei (adiantado) e ela não sabe onde está a peça e não toma atitude para resolver. Isso é um roubo!
Run away from this place. I left a pair of pants to be dyed in November 2021 and to this day, February 2022, they do not deliver. Went back to redo the dyeing because it wasn't done well. After that I go there almost every week and the manager gives no plausible explanation for the disappearance of the piece. I ask for a refund and also the money I paid (in advance) and she doesn't know where the piece is and doesn't take any action to solve it. This is a theft!
