O serviço é bastante caro (170R$ para 3kilos de roupas). A menina com quem falei me anunciou um preço de 155R$ (o que é já bastante caro), perguntei para ter a delivery das roupas que normalmente e grátis, mas ela me fiz pagar os 15 da delivery sim me dizer nada.
Além disso, algumas das minhas roupas encolheram na lavagem.
Aconselho fortemente contra este lugar !
A very bad experience !!! They are THIEVES and LIARS.
The service is quite expensive (170R $ for 3kilos of clothes). The girl with whom I spoke announced a price of 155R $ (which is already quite expensive), I asked to have the delivery of clothes that is normally free, but she made me pay the 15 for delivery yes tell me nothing.
In addition, some of my clothes have shrunk in the wash.
I strongly advise against this place!

Não existe você fazer um serviço e depois cobrar, sem a aprovação do cliente. Fiquei curioso pra saber o que ia acontecer se eu não tivesse o dinheiro pra pagar. E pra quem gosta de roupa cheirosa não é o melhor lugar. Pois não usam amaciante de cheiro.
Very dissatisfied with work. Lack of professionalism. I waited for the budget, it was very expensive, I said I wouldn't want the service because of the price and they said I was already doing it.
There is no such thing as doing a service and then charging it, without the customer's approval. I was curious to know what would happen if I didn't have the money to pay. And for those who like fragrant clothes, it's not the best place. Because they don't use scent softener.
