★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei um par de botas para ser higienizado, ia usar para viajar na semana santa, ela disse que estaria pronta no maximo 3 dias e que me ligaria para pegar, fui hoje as 18:30 hora em que saí do trabalho e ja estava fechado, e ainda não me ligou. A bota seria usada para pilotar durante 1500km ao todo. Agora terei que comprar outro par de botas somente para fazer essa viajem. Ridículo essa empresa! Infelizmente ainda terei que dar uma estrela. Totalmente descompromissada com o cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço completamente ruim!!! Mandei lavar o terno do meu namorado e quando recebi, ele estava todo manchado de ferro. Cheguei a entrar na justiça para conseguir apenas o valor referente ao terno, mas a dona foi completamente rude e não quis entrar em acordo. Nem o dinheiro da lavagem eu recebi de volta!!! Não recomendo esta lavanderia de jeito nenhum!!!! Péssima em tudo!!

Lousy in everything !!
