O problema está na comunicação que, te oferecem 10% de desconto para pagamento antecipado e lhe permitem pagar na retirada, mas quando você retira o produto não tem mais os 10% de desconto pois o mesmo só seria concedido se você pagasse no dia da contratação do mesmo, O QUE NÃO FOI CLARAMENTE DITO. Duas pessoas entenderem a mesma informação errada, não existe. Paguei o valor cobrado com muita indignação além de salientar que pagamento antecipado ou á vista são o mesmo, uma vez que são pagamentos na hora, mas acredito que isto seja uma prática recorrente e as respostas já estão prontas.
