★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Levei um edredom com poucos meses de uso e sem nenhuma mancha e voltou da lavagem com manchas pretas. Voltei lá e lavaram de novo e voltou com novas manchas em outros lugares! Liguei para reclamar e queriam lavar de novo... Falei que queria o dinheiro de volta, disseram que iam falar com a dona e me ligavam... Ninguém retornou... Tive que voltar lá e levar o Edredom pra mostrar a sujeira e devolverem o dinheiro. Atendimento péssimo, nem pediram desculpas. Não percam tempo indo até lá!
Terrible! I took a comforter with a few months of use and without any stains and came back from the wash with black spots. I went back there and washed again and came back with new stains elsewhere! I called to complain and they wanted to wash again ... I said I wanted the money back, they said they were going to talk to the owner and they called me ... Nobody came back ... I had to go back there and take the Duvet to show the dirt and give back the money. Bad service, no apologies. Do not waste time going there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa esse lugar não tem respeito com o cliente deixe dois edredom para lavar, no prazo só me deram um e outro só me entregaram com 6 dias após o prazo de entrega, e veio com um buraco que não existia e simplesmente me entregaram e não falaram nada. Falta de respeito com o cliente ESSA FOI A PRIMEIRA E ULTIMA VEZ QUE DEIXO NESSE LUGAR. E MELHOR PAGAR MAIS CARO MAIS TER SEU PRODUTO ENTREGUE SEM RASGOS.
Wow this place has no respect with the customer let two comforters to wash, in the term only gave me one and the other only delivered me with 6 days after the deadline, and came with a hole that did not exist and simply handed me and did not speak nothing. LACK OF RESPECT WITH THE CUSTOMER THIS WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I LEFT THAT PLACE. AND BETTER PAY MORE DEAR MORE HAVE YOUR PRODUCT DELIVER WITHOUT TEARS.

Não recomendo, já avisei que não vou ficar com tênis do jeito que está, estou esperando resolverem minha situação, se não entrarei com processo...
I left a Nike sneaker for 700.00, brand new, used 2 times never washed, they returned it all faded without the original color of the sneaker and full of stains on the suede of the sneaker... I don't recommend it, I already warned you that I won't keep it. tennis as it is, I'm waiting for my situation to be resolved, if not I will file a lawsuit...
