★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Destruíram 3 tapetes persa e um indiano, e não querem se reponsabilizar. Não é questão de inventar coisas, sou empresário e não compactuo com mentiras. o fato é, me entregaram os tapetes duros, desbotados, queimados, dei a oportunidade que fossem relavados, e os mesmos voltaram da mesma forma. Tenho fotos de como estavam quando retiraram, e posteriormente quando entregaram os tapetes. O próprio funcionário da Washtec admitiu na entrega que os tapetes não teriam mais conserto. Tenho filmagem dele dizendo isso. Quase R$ 30.000,00 em tapetes orientais danificados. E aí Washtec Tatuapé, razão Social Lavanderia e Tinturaria Brilhante Ltda, Resp. Sra. Erica Lacerda, Rua Serra de Botucatu 1362, qual solução irão me propor? Terei que acioná-los na justiça, usar as fotos do antes e depois, o vídeo do funcionário como prova, as gravações telefônicas? Aguardo uma posição satisfatória para o caso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há alguns meses mandei lavar meu tapete de fibra e estragaram o tapete. O atendimento inicial foi bom, a atendente me informou sobre algumas possiveis diferenças de cor que poderia haver na fibra, mas quando o tapete voltou ele tinha manchas em toda a borda que não havia antes e foi da cola do antiderrapante que saiu todinho e eu tive que mandar colocar outro. O tapete de fibra veio todo dobrado e esse tipo de tapete não pode ser nunca dobrado, somente enrolado e até hoje, meses depois a marca das dobras não saiu. A limpeza da fibra também não ficou boa. Liguei reclamando, a atendente pediu para retirar novamente o tapete, mas não tenho mais confiança na empresa.

The fiber rug came all folded and this kind of rug can never be folded, only rolled up and until today, months later, the fold mark has not come out. Fiber cleaning was also not good. I called complaining, the attendant asked to remove the rug again, but I no longer trust the company.
