★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma boa experiência.Vai fazer 45 dias que está empresa realizou um serviço aqui na minha casa.No dia foi falado que o certificado de garantia seria enviado,estou no aguardo até hoje. Em menos de uma semana após a hipermeabilizar o sofá percebi que ele estava absorvendo líquido. Meu marido tirou fotos e enviou para a empresa,como não obtivemos resposta tivemos que insistir até alguém vir e olhar o que estava acontecendo. A pessoa que veio disse que era assim mesmo,porém iria fazer uma nova aplicação, foi marcada uma data e não cumpriram .Verifiquei com outras duas empresas se é normal acontecer isso com o móvel ,e a resposta de ambas foi não. Fiquei no prejuízo e aprendi uma grande lição. Recibo e certificado de garantia na hora,nunca depois.E procurar uma empresa conhecida. Já vai completar um ano...e garantia nada.....refazer o serviço muito menos.
 I didn't have a good experience. It's going to be 45 days since this company performed a service here at my house. On the day it was said that the warranty certificate would be sent, I'm waiting until today. In less than a week after hypermeabilizing the sofa I realized that it was absorbing liquid. My husband took pictures and sent them to the company, as we didn't get a response we had to insist until someone came and looked at what was going on. The person who came said it was so, but would make a new application, a date was set and they did not comply. I checked with two other companies if it is normal for this to happen with the mobile, and the answer of both was no. I was at a loss and learned a great lesson. Receipt and warranty certificate on time, never after. And look for a known company. It's going to be a year ... and nothing was guaranteed ..... to redo the service much less.

Punctual staff and top-notch service 10. For the third time our sofa was taken care of by Lavar Service and it was new again and without the smell of a dog. I recommend!
