No entanto, a Lave & Séc afirmou ter grande chance de realizar um trabalho de limpeza em grau satisfatório. E foi o que ocorreu, a cortina ficou bem limpa, o amarelado sumiu em praticamente a sua totalidade. Parabéns à equipe e ao seu proprietário, o Edinel, pessoa muito atenciosa e comprometida com uma prestação de serviços de qualidade e excelência.
 My curtain of rubberized fabric, already quite yellowed by the sun, had been rejected by another laundry. However, Lave & Séc stated that it had a great chance of carrying out a satisfactory degree of cleaning work. And that's what happened, the curtain was very clean, the yellowish color disappeared practically in its entirety. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, gostei muito da inovação tecnológica e o fato de funcionar 24h em autoatendimento, pois muitas vezes só consigo ter tempo após as 22h.
O único ponto a melhorar, e o proprietário já informou que está em processo, é que o aplicativo funcione também no IOS. Mas o resto, inclusive o atendimento do proprietário, foram excelentes.
Excellent service, I really liked the technological innovation and the fact that it works 24 hours in self-service, because many times I can only have time after 10 pm.
The only point to improve, and the owner has already informed that it is in process, is that the application also works on IOS. But the rest, including the owner's service, were excellent.

Mr. Eddinel is not only a professional person, he is also a very pleasant person, ready to help and meeting the specific needs of each client. I washed 5 blankets and. 1 queem quilt .... What a quality !!!!!! The blankets and the comforter came very clean, smelling and well wrapped !!! I recommend all services !!!! My thanks to Mr. Edinel !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei quanto ao serviço em si, porém o atendimento por telefone foi péssimo. Uma extrema falta de carisma com o cliente e o atendente passou a impressão de muita má vontade. Perdeu um cliente sem nem mesmo experimentar o serviço.
I don't know about the service itself, but the phone service was terrible. An extreme lack of charisma with the customer and the attendant gave the impression of a lot of ill will. Lost a customer without even trying the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! O anúncio diz uma coisa e a atendente outra totalmente diferente. Limitam a quantidade de peças (de forma diferente do que está no anúncio) e o pagamento não pode ser realizado no auto atendimento, devendo ser pago internamente com a atendente.
Terrible! The ad says one thing and the operator says something else entirely. They limit the number of parts (differently from what is in the ad) and payment cannot be made at self-service, but must be paid internally with the attendant.
