★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, se tem duas opções de seguro (fiança ou fiador) pq só enfiam o mais caro pra gente. Absurdo. Nunca ninguém sabe, tudo tem que perguntar pra outro, retornos que nunca acontecem! Como pode uma imobiliária não dar respaldo nenhum. Quando eu me mudei não choveu por um mês (que era o prazo pra reclamações), quando choveu descobri que só faltava alagar a casa pq o telhado não foi nem mesmo vistoriado. Me fazem pagar um absurdo de seguro fiança pra que então? Fora azulejos ocos, paredes mofadas que foram escondidas com uma demão de tinta e a casa ainda estava absurdamente suja e com bichos quando cheguei. Mal peguei a chave e tive que dedetizar. Fora que tive que ligar diversas vezes até arrumarem o valor do IPTU pq estava o dobro do valor real, se eu não tivesse percebido já teria sido um ano de ipu pago indevidamente. Enfim, não recomento.
Lousy service, if you have two insurance options (bail or guarantor) because they only stick the most expensive one for us. Absurd. No one ever knows, everything has to ask another, returns that never happen! How can a real estate company not give any support. When I moved it didn't rain for a month (which was the deadline for complaints), when it rained I found out that the house just needed to flood because the roof wasn't even inspected. Why do I pay absurd bail bonds? It was hollow tiles, moldy walls that were hidden with a coat of paint and the house was still absurdly dirty and with bugs when I arrived. I barely took the key and had to fuse. Besides, I had to call several times until they got the IPTU value because it was twice the real value, if I hadn't realized it would have been a year of IPU unduly paid. Anyway, I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei com uma pessoa de ver uma casa pra alugar as 10 da Manhã pois Deus 10:30 não apareceu fui embora passei por lá duas vezes de moto e nada de aparecer mas isso foi o funcionário óbvio que não e culpa da imobiliária que provavelmente nem sabe disso e n liguei pra reclamar. Marcarei pra outro dia
