Comprei uma casa da Lavilla empreendimentos de quase Meio Milhão de Reais e me sinto frustrada com a contrutora que me levou na justiça cobrando uma MULTA de quase 18 MIL REAIS , multa essa referente ao prazo que o banco pagou o valor financiado, então fiquem bem atentos as cláusulas do contrato de compra e venda que se refere ao prazo de 60 dias para o financiamento junto ao banco, sendo que qualquer banco trabalha com prazo médio de 90 dias. Sempre paguei minhas contas em dia, tenho um ótimo SCORE e me deparo com um oficial de justiça na minha porta como se eu devesse alguma coisa, mas vou recorrer e lutar pelos meus direitos. Sentindo-me DECEPCIONADA !
When the dream of home ownership becomes a real nightmare. I bought a house from Lavilla ventures of almost Half a Million Reais and I feel frustrated with the contractor who took me in court charging a FINE of almost 18 THOUSAND REAIS, a fine related to the period that the bank paid the financed amount, so stay tuned the clauses of the purchase and sale contract that refer to the 60-day term for financing with the bank, with any bank working with an average term of 90 days. I have always paid my bills on time, I have a great SCORE and I come across a bailiff at my door as if I owe something, but I will appeal and fight for my rights. Feeling DISAPPOINTED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima, pois quando comprei meu imóvel me prometeram que o financiamento junto a Caixa seria de 60 dias, assinei o contrato de acordo com a informação deles. Quando fui a CEF me falaram que o prazo normal é 90 dias. Resumindo,o meu financiamento saiu com os 90 dias e a construtora me cobra na justiça um multa refente ao atraso do financiamento. A reposta deles foi simplesmente que isso era problema meu! Fiquei muito decepcionado com o tratamento deles,porque isso não se faz com clientes,além disso o prazo que define é o banco.nunca mais compro nem uma bala deles.
My experience was terrible, because when I bought my property I was promised that the financing with Caixa would be 60 days, I signed the contract according to their information. When I went to CEF I was told that the normal term is 90 days. In short, my financing came out with 90 days and the construction company charges me a fine regarding the delay of financing. Their answer was simply that this was my problem! I was very disappointed with their treatment, because this is not done with customers, besides the term that defines is the bank. I never buy a bullet from them anymore.
