★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vim aqui expressar minha insatisfação pela lavagem da minha cama, que não foi a seco, como também,pelo meu colchão molhado desde ontem e com mal cheiro. Como também pelo responsável, em se comunicar via watssap, que além de estar errado pq o serviço foi diferente do que é ofertado em suas propagandas. Ainda foi desagradável, no momento em que entrei em contato, para fazer a reclamação, a respeito da cama molhada e do mal cheiro, respondendo, com grosseria, que apenas terça feira ia solucionar, pois já eram duas horas da tarde do sábado. Me prometeram que secaria em 4:00 horas, cheguei em casa com 24hrs depois e não vou poder usar minha cama até terça feira. Sendo que eu tenho apenas uma cama,na minha casa. Como ficar satisfeito com esse tipo de atendimento?!

It was still unpleasant, when I got in touch, to make the complaint, about the wet bed and the bad smell, replying, rudely, that only Tuesday would solve it, as it was already two o'clock on Saturday afternoon. I was promised it would dry in 4:00 hours, I got home 24 hours later and I won't be able to use my bed until Tuesday. Since I only have one bed in my house. How to be satisfied with this type of service?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço mal feito, o sofá não ficou bem lavado. E qdo fomos falar com eles, são extremamente baixos, mal educados, até com xingamentos com o cliente. Vc ficaria estarrecido com tanta grosseiros, inacreditável.
Poor job, the sofa was not washed well. And when we went to talk to them, they are extremely low, rude, even swearing at the customer. You would be appalled by such rudeness, unbelievable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o atendente ameaçou a minha mãe DE MORTE!! parece brincadeira mas é verdade. minha mãe não fez nada de errado, remarcou as 10hrs pq de 8 iria pro médico com urgência e ele disse que tava ok. antes mesmo de dar 10 horas ele veio dizendo pra minha mãe que foi irresponsabilidade dela (?) não entendi isso. e quando ela cancelou ele simplesmente começou a xingar ela de p*ta, d*monio e tudo de ruim e disse que iria pra nossa casa da um tiro nela, que estava só esperando. eu tô horrorizada!
the attendant threatened my mother with DEATH!! sounds like a joke but it's true. my mother didn't do anything wrong, she rescheduled the 10 hrs because at 8 I would go to the doctor urgently and he said it was ok. even before 10 o'clock he came telling my mother that it was her irresponsibility (?) I didn't understand that. and when she canceled he just started cursing her with p*t, dam*mon and everything bad and said he would go to our house and shoot her, that he was just waiting. I'm horrified!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma agendamento com essa empresa para a lavagem do meu sofá, devido está doente precisei fazer o cancelamento e posteriormente remarcar, fui tratada de maneira grosseira e com palavrões e ameaça, dizendo que estava vindo par minha residência e que resolveria a bala, que pobre bom é pobre morto, que me deixaria aleijada. E que eu teria que pagar a taxa de cancelamento que em momento algum fui informada disso, pedir para quer enviasse um boleto, e fui informada que teria que fazer um Pix. Ou que pelo menos gerasse um link para que eu efetuasse o pagamento, para ter a segurança que isso era o correto, e me livra de uma vez por todas dessa empresa, mais uma vez fui constrangida. No momento estou na delegacia fazendo um BO.
I made an appointment with this company to wash my sofa, due to being sick I had to cancel and later reschedule, I was treated rudely and with profanity and threat, saying that he was coming to my house and that he would solve the bullet, how poor good is poor dead, that would leave me crippled. And that I would have to pay the cancellation fee that at no time was I informed of this, ask them to send a ticket, and I was informed that I would have to make a Pix. Or at least generate a link for me to make the payment, to be sure that this was correct, and get rid of this company once and for all, once again I was embarrassed. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mal educado, sem noção total, péssimo profissional, fora de ética, ameaçou minha mãe, usou palavras de baixo calão e ainda disse que vai colocar ela na justiça pra tomar a casa dela pq ele gosta assim(segundo ele) inclusive ta tudo nos prints que mandamos pra adv. tudo isso pq ela adiou a data da lavagem do sofá. deve tá morrendo de fome pra agir desse jeito. não recomendo nunca. por mim era nenhuma estrela! muita gente sendo lesada e ainda estão por aí fazendoo péssimo trabalho.
rude, totally clueless, terrible professional, out of ethics, threatened my mother, used profanity and even said that he will take her to court to take her house because he likes it that way (according to him) it's even all in the prints that we send to adv. All this because she postponed the sofa wash date. You must be starving to act like that. I never recommend. for me it was no star! a lot of people being harmed and they're still out there doing the lousy job.

Paguei mais de 2 mil, pela impermeabilização dos meus estofados e cadeiras. Não funcionou em
nenhum! Disseram que iriam corrigir com o reforço, mas não foi feito! Após vários dias, disseram que devolveriam o dinheiro! Todos os dias mudam a data do depósito! Até hoje não devolveram e ainda me bloquearam em todas as redes sócias e fones. Entrando na justiça hoje, contra essa empresa e seu proprietário Bruno! Enrolação total!!! Não façam serviços com essa empresa, de trabalho totalmente fake!!!

I paid more than 2 thousand for the waterproofing of my upholstery and chairs. did not work in
none! They said they would fix it with reinforcement, but they didn't! After several days they said they would refund the money! Every day the deposit date changes! To this day they have not returned and they have blocked me on all social networks and headphones. Taking legal action today, against this company and its owner Bruno! Total wrapping!!! Don't do services with this company, totally fake work!!!
