★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior laboratório que já fui. As salas de exames ginecológicos não tem boa aparência, não tem banheiro na sala, temos que ficar sem roupa, só de avental, aguardando. Pra pegar o resultados dos exames é uma demora terrível, e a funcionária não é gentil.
As recepcionistas falam alto, expondo a gente com certas perguntas.
Não recomendo e não volto mais
 Worst lab I've ever been. The gynecological exam rooms don't look good, there's no bathroom in the room, we have to be undressed, just wearing an apron, waiting. To get the test results is a terrible delay, and the employee is not kind.
The receptionists speak loudly, exposing us with certain questions.
I don't recommend and I won't be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse 0 estrelas eu daria. Meu atendimento demorou mais de 1 hora. Desde a ficha na recepção até a coleta no exame. Não irei citar nomes... Mas no 1 andar tem uma enfermeira muito mal educada, grosseira com os pacientes, fala super alto expondo os pacientes. Não dá!! Se puderem não marquem suas consultas neste lugar. A unidade de Guarulhos é TOP mas esse da Penha não recomendo.
If it had 0 stars I would give it. My service took more than 1 hour. From the form at the reception to the collection in the exam. I will not name names... But on the 1st floor there is a very rude nurse, rude to the patients, she speaks very loudly exposing the patients. It does not give!! If you can, do not book your appointments in this place. The unit in Guarulhos is TOP but this one in Penha I don't recommend.

A localização da clínica é boa.
Os médicos são educados e atenciosos até o momento.
Realiza exames de Colposcopia, Ultrassom, Mamografia, Eletrocardiograma, Ecocardiograma, Densitometria, acredito que tenha mais, precisa confirmar no site ou ligando.
Os valores dos exames pode ser consultado pelo site.
Na recepção quando você faz atendimento, você pega um papel depois sobe umas escadas para o atendimento ao consultório, e não precisa entregar esse papel no primeiro momento, é só aguardar mesmo o médico esperar, não se preocupe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está unidade deveria ser fechada presta um péssimo serviço demora uma eternidade marca as 6 da manhã e você fica 1 hora e meia sentado esperando te chamar para um exame como se você tivesse o dia inteiro para esperar, já fui em outras unidades da rede e está com certeza é a pior de todas
This unit should be closed it provides a terrible service it takes forever it marks 6 in the morning and you sit for 1 hour and a half waiting to call you for an exam as if you had all day to wait, I have been to other units in the network and it is it's definitely the worst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, cheguei com mais de uma hora de antecedência e fiquei aguardando 50 minutos depois do horário marcado pra ser atendida porque segundo eles o meu exame demora mais e ficou por último, mas se eu chego 15 minutos atrasada ninguém me atende, falta de respeito total com a gente.
Bad experience, I arrived more than an hour early and waited 50 minutes after the scheduled time to be seen because according to them my exam takes longer and it was last, but if I arrive 15 minutes late, no one answers me, lack of respect fully with us.

Cheguei 8 minutos atrasada pois estava fazendo exames no Lavoisier da Amador, e quando cheguei na unidade da rua Caquito, as atendentes me informaram que o médico não iria mais me atender. Expliquei a situação, mas ela disse que os médicos de lá são assim mesmo, não trabalham com tolerância. Depois de muito insistir, ela agendou o exame na unidade que eu havia acabado de sair (unidade Amador Bueno), pois o médico estava à caminho de lá. Detalhe, eu ainda tive que esperar 1h30! Bem frustrante! Não recomendo. As meninas foram atenciosas, mas senti descaso mesmo assim.
My experience was terrible! I arrived 8 minutes late because I was taking tests at the Lavoisier da Amador, and when I arrived at the unit on Caquito Street, the attendants informed me that the doctor would no longer see me. I explained the situation, but she said that the doctors there are like that, they don't work with tolerance. After a lot of insisting, she scheduled the exam at the unit I had just left (Amador Bueno unit), as the doctor was on his way there. Detail, I still had to wait 1h30! Very frustrating! I do not recommend. The girls were thoughtful, but I felt neglect anyway.
