★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, mesmo agendado vc aguarda mais de hora na recepção só pra abrir ficha. E vi gente sendo recusado de atender dizendo que a pessoa está atrasada. Sendo que a pessoa chega antes de estar marcado, aguarda mais de hora e o atraso é culpa da pessoa? Piada.
Bad service, even if you're scheduled, you wait more than an hour at the reception just to open the file. And I saw people being refused to answer saying that the person is late. Since the person arrives before being scheduled, waits more than an hour and is the delay the person's fault? Joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, em plena pandemia salas de espera cheia e poucos funcionários atendendo! Uma vergonha, mais de 1 hora para o primeiro atendimento (isso pq mandei no dia anterior os documentos conforme agendamemto), escolham outro laboratório ou venham sem pressa, SUS da de 10 a 0 !!
Terrible service, in full pandemic waiting rooms full and few employees attending! A shame, more than 1 hour for the first appointment (that's because I sent the documents the day before as scheduled), choose another laboratory or come without haste, SUS from 10 to 0 !!

Para quê serve o check-in antecipado se o atendimento não é agilizado?
Dos 8 guichês instalados do lado esquerdo, apenas 2 funcionando. A atendente ainda por cima é interrompida a todo momento, por quem suponho ser a supervisora. E para cada ficha a ser aberta, 10min por paciente.
Falta muita inteligência de negócio e tecnologia a empresa para melhorar o atendimento.
1h for the first service at the counter, just to release the form. Then another 2 or 3 hours of waiting to perform the exams.
What is the use of early check-in if the service is not expedited?
Of the 8 counters installed on the left side, only 2 are working. The attendant on top of that is interrupted all the time, by who I assume is the supervisor. And for each form to be opened, 10min per patient.
The company lacks a lot of business intelligence and technology to improve service.
