Levei o exame coletado dia 13 em um hospital de minha pet que tinha ido fazer uma tomografia, e havia saído um sangue ao invés de um líquido branco do pescoço.
Expliquei a atendente a situação de pedido de urgência e ao perguntar da urgência, só falaram que iriam esperar a médica para finalizar o exame. efetuei o pagamento e me deram certeza que até o final do dia receberia o resultado. E para minha surpresa no outro dia( 14) as 17.hs me falaram que só dia 18. Perguntei várias vezes e ninguém falou isso.
Esperaram pagar, explicando a situacao de urgencia e hoje dia 14 apos ligar cobrando disseram que o resultado somente no dia 18 .
Porque não falaram antes de efetuar o pagando que não dariam no mesmo dia?

I took the exam collected on the 13th at a hospital where my pet had gone for a CT scan, and there was blood instead of a white liquid from the neck.
I explained the emergency request situation to the attendant and when asking about the urgency, they only said that they would wait for the doctor to finish the exam. I made the payment and they assured me that by the end of the day I would receive the result. And to my surprise the other day (14th) at 5 pm they told me that it was only on the 18th. I asked several times and no one said that.
They waited to pay, explaining the urgent situation and today, on the 14th, after calling and charging, they said that the result would only be on the 18th.
Why didn't they say before making the payment that they wouldn't give on the same day?

Atende muito bem educado, me explicou direito sobre os procedimentos do exame da minha gatinha, que ia chegar e-mail e no WhatsApp pra poder acompanhar os resultados, etc.
Sem contar com a Médica Veterinária. QUE MULHER INCRÍVEL! Muito atenciosa com a minha gatinha, explicou sobre a pelagem dela e tirou o sangue bem rápido.
A porta tava um pouco dura pra abrir, mas tudo bem.
Tem um bebedouro pros animais lá e umas plantas bonitas.
Achei bem bonito o lugar.
Localização perfeita, só acredito que uma pessoa com deficiência talvez tenha um pouco de dificuldade para se locomover ali.
No mais, exames baratos comparados a outros laboratórios e bem feitos. Adorei.

I found the place very beautiful.
Perfect location, I just believe that a person with a disability might have a little difficulty getting around there.
In addition, cheap tests compared to other laboratories and well done. I loved it.
