★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorei o primeiro contato, mas hoje fiquei muito chateada, vi no site o funcionamento de domingo até 11:30 cheguei às 11:03 h e disseram que já havia encerrado e que a coleta é até 11h. Acho que deveria constar no site essa observação muito importante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi um bom laboratório, atualmente sempre que vou la dizem que ja atingiu a cota do IASEP, mês acabou de começar e já atingiu, melhor parar de atender iasep logo.
It was already a good laboratory, nowadays whenever I go there they say it has already reached the IASEP quota, month has just started and has already reached, better to stop attending iasep soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito desse laboratório. Ambiente agradável e limpo, atendentes muito solicitas e simpáticas e atendimento eficiente. Para os exames laboratoriais de sangue, vc tem direito a um lanche após a execução dos mesmos e eles tem tbm o serviço de coleta do material para exames ginecológicos.
I really like this lab. Nice and clean atmosphere, very helpful and friendly attendants and efficient service. For laboratory blood tests, you are entitled to a snack after they are carried out and they also have the service of collecting material for gynecological exams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este laboratório se recusa a aceitar exames de pessoas com plano Unimed nacional (intercâmbio). No dia 04/03/2022 procuramos para marcar o exame de Covid e a funcionária informou que por ser intercâmbio eles não aceitam fazer o exame. Muito engraçado, pois o trâmite é todo feito pela Unimed Belém, inclusive, ao consultarmos o SAC da Unimed Belém causou estranheza a eles o fato do Laboratório Beneficente de Belém não aceitar o plano por ser intercâmbio. Mas, a funcionária do Laboratório informou que ela estava respaldada, gostaria de saber estava respaldada em quê? Pois, pra mim, isso foi um ato de discriminação. Em um momento desse, com pandemia, Laboratório se recusar a fazer exame de covid, que já está autorizado, é um absurdo!
This laboratory refuses to accept exams from people with a national Unimed plan (exchange). On 03/04/2022 we looked to schedule the Covid exam and the employee informed that because it is an exchange they do not accept to take the exam. Very funny, because the process is all done by Unimed Belém, even when we consulted the SAC of Unimed Belém, it was strange to them that the Beneficent Laboratory of Belém did not accept the plan because it was an exchange program. But, the laboratory employee informed that she was supported, I would like to know what she was supported by? Well, for me, that was an act of discrimination. At a time like this, with a pandemic, laboratory refusing to take a covid test, which is already authorized, is absurd!
