★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobre a instituição ok, consolidada e com muitas obras maravilhosas. Me ligaram do RJ, sou de Belo Horizonte, quando comecei a perguntar mais sobre as obras das instituições, nome do atendente, simplesmente o tom de voz mudou na hora, ficando Ele (atendente) incomodado com as perguntas.

A dica que dou para LBV, selecione melhor a equipe, que tenham inteligência suficiente para lidar com situações inusitadas, nem sempre somos pau mandado em dizer "sim eu doou" e pronto... não! .

Conhecer melhor a instituição pela equipe que nos liga é primordial. Por isso 1 estrela para LBV de RJ, 1 laranja podre, acaba com parte de uma reputação.
