Comprei um cabo novo e pronto, problema resolvido.

I arrived at the place believing that my device had a problem with the charging connector, so if it were dishonest I could have easily cheated, however, the technician and the person in charge of the store, when examining and carrying out some tests, returned the device to me and said that everything was fine ok, all I had to do was buy a new cable. I bought a new cable and that's it, problem solved.
