★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma cb 300 que já veio com defeito, foi falado quer iria colocar um cabeçote bom e não foi feito isso, foi entregue um bem usado e soldado, o comando da moto não era original, era de Twister, quando eu questionei ele falou que poderia ter sido meu mecânico que trocou, um absurdo fomos chamados de ladrão na cara larga, absurdo !!! Além de enganado ainda fui humilhado, já fazem quatro dias desde minha última mensagem e não obtive retorno, eles visualizam e não falam nada. Muito indignado com a loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a loja com a intenção de já sair com uma moto, porém ao entrar notei que todos os funcionários não usavam máscara de proteção e não tinha álcool gel. Havia outras pessoas aparentemente uma família que um vendedor estava atendendo então resolvi aguardar. Outro vendedor apareceu e fiz algumas perguntas sobre uma crosser ano 2020 que estava na loja. Iria comprar, pois estava já com a quantia e meu capacete, mas de repente o vendedor quem atendia simplesmente virou as costas e junto com o outro vendedor foi atender aquela família e me deixou sozinho na loja sem falar nada. Fiquei quase 10 minutos. Falta de respeito com cliente e também falta de profissionalismo.
I went to the store with the intention of leaving with a motorcycle, but when I entered I noticed that all the employees were not wearing a protective mask and had no alcohol gel. There were other people apparently a family that a salesman was attending so I decided to wait. Another seller came by and I asked a few questions about a 2020 year crosser that was in the store. I was going to buy it, because I already had the amount and my helmet, but suddenly the salesperson who was answering simply turned his back and together with the other salesman went to serve that family and left me alone in the store without saying anything. I stayed almost 10 minutes. Lack of respect for customers and also lack of professionalism.
