Fiquei muito surpresa com os rapazes que estiveram no local, onde deixaram tudo completamente limpo e organizado. Preço muito justo, boa qualidade e cumprem com o prazo estipulado. Parabéns equipe LCL.
I would like to congratulate the entire LCL team, from Cristina who served me from the first contact with a lot of education and helpfulness, as well as, to the guys at the end of the service, in the placement of glass. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar aqui os meus parabéns pelo atendimento desde o início da Cristina e Leonardo , fui muito bem atendida , o serviço ficou impecável sendo feito pelo Toninho e Moisés não poderia de comentar sobre os meninos um trabalho muito limpo e os meninos muito atenciosos , adorei estou satisfeita e recomendo .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico,passei o maior nervoso, não respeita o consumidor, não respeita o prazo, atrasou mais de duas semanas, fez eu ir na loja e esta estava fechada, e nem me avisou. em fim jamis compre nesta loja, paguei avista e em dinheiro e não fui respeitado. demorou muito, até me senti um idiota.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Sem comprometimento nenhum com o cliente. Fizeram um péssimo serviço na minha área (fechamento) e olha que foi um espaço super pequeno. Precisei de ajustes, marcaram diversos dias e não aparecem e nem sequer dão uma satisfação.
A tal da Cris trabalha no local e parece que não sabe nem oq tá fazendo lá. Ela tem funcionários externos que não tem controle nenhum do que os caras fazem na rua ou deixa de fazer
E por último o tal do Léo marcou com meu marido e é o mesmo descomprometido... não apareceu aqui em casa e nem se quer deu uma satisfação
Oq eu tenho para avaliar é dar -0 (menos zero)
Terrible attendance. No commitment to the customer. They did a bad job in my area (closing) and it was a super small space. I needed adjustments, they scheduled several days and they don't show up and don't even give a satisfaction.
This Cris woman works at the site and it seems she doesn't even know what she's doing there. It has external employees who have no control whatsoever over what the guys do on the street or don't do.
And finally, this Léo made an appointment with my husband and he's the same uncommitted... he didn't show up here at home and he didn't even give any satisfaction
What I have to evaluate is to give -0 (minus zero)
