★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei uma compra na Le Biscuit do shopping monte serrat sexta feira 10/12, comprei diversas coisas, no inicio perguntei a uma colaboradora se eles disponibilizavam um carrinho ou uma pessoa para ajudar ate o corro, foi informado no inicio que sim, porem ao chegar ao caixa fui informada que eles não disponibilizavam nem carrinho e nem uma pessoa para auxiliar ate o estacionamento ( carro ), comprei muitas coisas, incluindo peças de vidro. Fui orientada a dar duas viagens ja que não conseguiria levar tudo de uma vez so, estava com uma amiga e fizemos um baita de um esforço para levar tudo de vez, saímos da loja com as mãos lotadas de sacolas, muito peso, correndo o risco de deixar cair algo e quebrar ate antes de chegar em casa. Enfim... Poderiam disponibilizar um colaborador com um carrinho para auxiliar nas compras com grande volume.

Anyway... They could provide an employee with a cart to assist with large volume purchases.
