★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O site é pessimo, quando não tem um produto no estoque voce faz a compra e eles cancelam, ao invés de simplesmente dizer no site que o produto está esgotado.
 The site is terrible, when you don't have a product in stock you make the purchase and they cancel, instead of simply saying on the site that the product is out of stock.

O funcionário foi atencioso, o problema é que todos os itens estavam MUITO mais caros que o site. As vezes uma diferença de mais de 90 reais.
Adendo: pedi pelo site para entregar na loja, entrega super atrasada, tudo muito mal organizado. Triste demais...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo visitar essa loja, tem de tudo um pouco, pena que os preços não são dos melhores em muita coisa, principalmente de cozinha, organização e decoração. Amo que colocaram caixas de auto-atendimento para passar cartão, facilita demais pra não criar muita fila e agilizar. A única coisa que não gosto é de retirar pedido na loja, sempre uma demora, tem que ficar esperando alguém aparecer pra lhe entregar seu pedido porque nem sempre tem gente lá, fora os atrasos, porém acho que seja problema da transportadora ou da central, não da loja.
I love visiting this store, it has a little bit of everything, too bad the prices aren't the best for a lot of things, especially kitchen, organization and decoration. I love that they put self-service boxes to swipe cards, it's too easy to not create a lot of queue and speed up. The only thing I don't like is picking up an order at the store, there's always a delay, you have to wait for someone to show up to deliver your order because there aren't always people there, apart from the delays, but I think it's a problem with the carrier or the central office, not from the store.
