Péssimo atendimento. Agendei um horário e ao chegar no local no dia marcado o estabelecimento estava fechado e não houve nenhum aviso de cancelamento. Em outra oportunidade não fiquei satisfeita com o serviço prestado, por falta de maiores explicações da empresa, além de ter machucado todas minhas cutículas.

Terrible attendance. I made an appointment and when I arrived at the place on the appointed day the establishment was closed and there was no notice of cancellation. On another occasion I was not satisfied with the service provided, due to the lack of further explanations from the company, besides having hurt all my cuticles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei, a minha unha de fibra ficou cheia de bolhas e tinha outra cliente aguardando depois de mim e a moça que fez minha unha ficou com pressa e o acabamento não ficou legal, não voltaria e não recomendo.
Achei que ia ser ótimo porque o lugar é lindo e organizado mas a moça não falou quase nada no atendimento, independente do dia ruim deveria ser tratada bem pois eu fui mega educada.
I didn't like it, my fiber nail was full of bubbles and there was another client waiting after me and the girl who did my nail was in a hurry and the finish was not good, I wouldn't go back and I don't recommend it.
I thought it would be great because the place is beautiful and organized but the girl didn't say anything about the service, regardless of the bad day, she should be treated well because I was super polite.
