★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 04/02/17 estive em um casamento lá e foi decepcionante a péssima gestão da pessoa responsável pelos garçons.
Menosprezou horrores as pessoas que estavam nas mesas do "corredor". As pessoas não comiam nem bebiam nada. Deu dor de cabeça para os noivos, pois muita gente reclamou e alguns foram embora. Os garçons passavam correndo c as bandejas suspensas para não servir quem estava do lado de fora do salão principal. Foi uma sensação horrível, me senti um mendigo implorando comida.
 02/02/17 I was at a wedding there and it was disappointing the poor management of the person in charge of the waiters.
He despised the people at the "hallway" tables in horror. People didn't eat or drink anything. It gave the grooms a headache as many people complained and some left. The waiters rushed past the hanging trays so as not to serve anyone outside the main hall. It was a horrible feeling, I felt like a beggar begging for food.

Agradeço à toda equipe do Salão de Festa Le Malon e a Eliane que esteve disposta a sanar todas as dúvidas e organizar a festa com todo carinho.

My father's party was in this room, the decor was beautiful, the service was excellent, the waitstaff were very friendly and friendly serving assorted snacks all the time. I would like to thank the entire team at the Le Malon Party Room and Eliane, who was ready to answer all your questions and organize the party with all kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A equipe de cozinha é excelente, o bolo estava ótimo e meus convidados amaram, no entanto um episódio passou dos limites, quando me esposo, o NOIVO ouve a seguinte frase da pessoa que deveria estar nos acalmando, que era a Filha da Sra Eliane, Srta Larissa: "olha para mim que estou falando"
Isso enquanto ele procurava uma das lembranças que havia sumido e a mesma informou não saber nada!??
Sinceramente muito decepcionada e constrangida, pois meus padrinhos ficaram indignados, sem falar meu esposo, que só quis me contar muito depois.
3 pessoas já me perguntaram como era o salão, pois gostaram da comida e bebida, e fiz a ressalva, pois tratamos tudo com a Sra Eliane, que nos auxiliou até a última semana, mas deixou alguém sem preparo e profissionalismo lidar com um evento deste porte, principalmente considerando que todo pagamento foi feito à vista e ao final da festa cumprimos todo o estabelecido contratualmente (visto que trabalho com análises de contratos e sei a importância).
Espero que avalie a situação, pois até mesmo sua equipe comentou próximo aos meus padrinhos que não é a primeira situação com a mesma pessoa.
Temos interesse em fazer outros eventos no local, mas apenas com a certeza que não ocorrerá nada parecido.
The kitchen staff is excellent, the cake was great and my guests loved it, however an episode crossed the line, when I get married, the GROOM hears the following phrase from the person who should be calming us down, who was Mrs. Eliane's Daughter, Miss Larissa: "look at me, I'm talking"
That while he was looking for one of the memories that had disappeared and he said he didn't know anything! ??
Honestly very disappointed and embarrassed, because my godparents were indignant, not to mention my husband, who only wanted to tell me much later.
3 people have already asked me what the salon was like, because they liked the food and drink, and I made the reservation, because we took care of everything with Mrs. Eliane, who helped us until the last week, but left someone without preparation and professionalism to handle an event like this size, especially considering that all payments were made in cash and at the end of the party we fulfilled everything established by contract (since I work with contract analysis and I know the importance).
I hope you evaluate the situation, because even your team commented next to my godparents that it is not the first situation with the same person.
We are interested in doing other events on site, but only with the certainty that nothing like this will happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A explicação da minha nota ruim é devido ao atendimento dado pelos proprietarios D. Eliane e seu esposo, muito mau educados. Falo não somente como profissional que trabalhou lá em um 15 anos e que conhece casas de festas em todo Rio de Janeiro, mas falo como cliente pois fizemos lá a festa da minha sobrinha na qual eu ajudei.
Porém, preciso elogiar o DJ, a recepcionista e os garçons, todos educados e os proprietarios da casa poderiam aprender com seus funcionários.
The explanation of my bad grade is due to the care given by the owners D. Eliane and her husband, who were very badly educated. I speak not only as a professional who worked there for 15 years and who knows party houses all over Rio de Janeiro, but I speak as a client because we had my niece's party there that I helped.
However, I need to praise the DJ, the receptionist and the waiters, who were all polite and the owners of the house could learn from their employees.

Levei meus filhos para a festa e os deixei no local , a festa terminou as 1:00 da madrugada,
Tive um problema para chegar no horário e eles colocaram meus filhos para fora da casa de festas, mesmo explicando que já estávamos a caminho. Minha filha de 14 e meu filho de 17 anos, se não fosse a aniversariante com os pais que ficaram aguardando nossa chegada eles ficariam sozinhos do lado de fora, lugar extremamente perigoso e mal localizado, uma senhora foi grosseira com a minha filha, e muito insensível, ela pediu, implorou e foi colocada pra fora, ficaram vários funcionários limpando a casa de festas, cheguei para buscá-los 1:20h.

Inhuman, insensitive and rude.
I took my children to the party and left them at the place, the party ended at 1:00 am,
I had a problem arriving on time and they put my kids out of the party house, even explaining that we were already on our way. My 14-year-old daughter and 17-year-old son, if it weren't for the birthday girl with the parents who were waiting for our arrival they would be alone outside, extremely dangerous and badly located place, one lady was rude to my daughter, and very insensitive, she pleaded, begged and was thrown out, there were several employees cleaning up the party house, I arrived to pick them up 1: 20h.
