Recomendo muito, pois os produtos são de excelentes materiais/qualidades.

Precisava de mais unidades e a vendedora me sugeriu que comprasse a mala que só tinha uma unidade e reservasse as outras que queria para retirar na sexta feira, pois como seria dia de Black Friday teria desconto de 50% na segunda, ao retornar na sexta feira ela tinha vendido as malas e ao ser questionada me respondeu : ah vendi sim, agora já foi.
essa vendedora tinha meu número e endereço, moro bem próximo do estabelecimento pois eu comprei na quarta feira a mala e nem se importou. deixei de comprar outra mala para não prejudicar a mesma além de ser bem constrangedora a situação perante as pessoas que estavam comigo.
Diante disso não recomento a loja pois não teve ética e nem apreço aos seus clientes.

this seller had my number and address, I live very close to the establishment because I bought the suitcase on Wednesday and didn't even care. I stopped buying another suitcase so as not to harm it, in addition to being very embarrassing the situation in front of the people who were with me.
Therefore, I do not recommend the store because it had no ethics or appreciation to its customers.
