★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você está pensando em comprar uma unidade, pense bem: se a construtora desrespeita a vizinhança, por que ela vai respeitar o que combinou com você? Sou vizinho da obra. Barulho todo dia das 7h às 17h. Hoje, dia 23/12/21, fizerem a festa da firma com música alta das 10h até 22:15h e ainda tem música e gente bêbada achando que está cantando. Baita desrespeito com quem trabalhou o dia todo com o ruído em casa e na hora do descanso ainda tem que aguentar este desaforo!
If you're thinking about buying a unit, think about it: if the construction company disrespects the neighborhood, why will it respect what you agreed to? I'm a neighbor of the work. Noise every day from 7am to 5pm. Today, 12/23/21, they have the company party with loud music from 10 am to 10:15 pm and there is still music and drunk people thinking they are singing. Huge disrespect with those who worked all day with noise at home and at rest time still have to put up with this insult!
