Sou cliente a anos e nunca, tive algo de negativo pra falar… Talvez o tempo de entrega tenha que dar uma melhorada, mas fora isto é um local que fornece um lanche de qualidade e com um preço 'joinha'.
I always liked the snacks offered and when it comes to service I think it's good.
I've been a customer for years and I never had anything negative to say ... Maybe the delivery time has to improve, but outside this is a place that provides a quality snack and with a price tag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor lanche da cidade. O cachorro quente é magnífico, a batata belga, o macarrão na chapa é completíssimo. Os lanches sao feitos e entregues com muito carinho.
Best snack in town. The hot dog is magnificent, the Belgian potato, the pasta on the plate is very complete. Snacks are made and delivered with great care.

Reclamei pelo Whatsapp e foi a msm coisa que falar com uma porta ( sem respostas).
Não compro mais , até pela falta de respeito com o consumidor, pois eu paguei para comer um lanche no mínimo morno e além de ter vindo frio , fui completamente ignorada pelo canal direto da empresa , então resolvi deixar aqui Minha insatisfação.
I ordered a snack today and my snack came so cold it felt like I had been waiting there for at least an hour before delivering.
I complained through Whatsapp and it was the msm thing to talk to a port (no answers).
I don't buy anymore, due to lack of respect for the consumer, because I paid to eat a snack that was at least lukewarm and besides being cold, I was completely ignored by the company's direct channel, so I decided to leave my dissatisfaction here.

I placed an order at 9:30 pm for a snack and the waiting time was absurd since I live close to the cafeteria, I canceled my order!! I don't recommend very curled up
