Comprei 1 capa de almofada com estampa de natal e lâmpadas coloridas, por R$ 29,99, mas a capa ficou muito grande nas minhas almofadas. Retornei na loja dois dias depois, falei com o vendedor que havia me atendido e pedi para trocar, explicando o motivo. Ele disse que não podia trocar, mas me levou pra falar com a gerente, que confirmou que não faziam troca de produtos de cama, mesa e banho ( não era o caso, porque capa de almofada e artigo dd decoração). Informei que não tinha usado a capa da almofada e que só haviam dois dias q tinha comprado, e o vendedor não me avisou em nenhum momento que a loja não fazia troca. A gerente repetiu que não trocavam, ainda mais por ser um artigo com motivos de Natal, que precisavam ter saída. Respondi que era uma pena, pois na troca eu iria comprar uma colcha de solteiro de algodão, que custava R$ 100,00. Dessa forma o vendedor estava sendo prejudicado, pois não ia receber a comissão da venda. Enfim, perderam uma cliente. Espero que revejam a atitude.

I bought 1 pillow cover with a Christmas print and colored lamps, for R$ 29.99, but the cover was too big on my pillows. I returned to the store two days later, I spoke to the seller who had attended me and asked to change, explaining the reason. He said he couldn't change it, but he took me to speak with the manager, who confirmed that they didn't change bed, table and bath products (this wasn't the case, because pillow covers and decorative items). I informed me that I had not used the pillow cover and that there were only two days that I had bought it, and the seller did not inform me at all that the store did not exchange. The manager repeated that they didn't change, especially because it was an article with Christmas reasons, that they needed to be out. I replied that it was a shame, because in exchange I would buy a single cotton quilt, which cost R$ 100.00. In this way, the seller was being harmed, as he would not receive the sales commission. Anyway, they lost a client. I hope you review the attitude.
