WATCH OUT! Do not buy that store Lealtex. I spent a horror this week to exchange product I had purchased at the Goitacazes store. Poor post-purchase care, paperwork and stress if it's up to you to trade. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje eu e minha filha fomos até a loja Lealtex do Barreiro. Fomos atendida por uma atenciosa vendedora. Antes de sair da loja, resolvemos trocar a mercadoria por uma outra mais cara. Como pagamos À vista recebemos 10% de desconto. Mas perdemos os 10% na troca. Que absurdo. Sem falar que só troca se você apresentar o seu número de CPF. O que não foi solucitado no fechamento da venda.
Ficamos muito constrangida com esse lamentável procedimento dessa maravilhosa e tradicional loja, que tínhamos prazer em comprar.
Onde podemos reclamar sobre esse engano?
Today my daughter and I went to Barreiro's Lealtex store. We were met by a caring saleswoman. Before leaving the store, we decided to exchange the merchandise for a more expensive one. How we pay In cash we receive 10% off. But we lost the 10% in exchange. How absurd. Not to mention that you only exchange if you submit your social security number. This was not resolved at the closing of the sale.
We were very embarrassed by this pitiful procedure of this wonderful, traditional store, which we were happy to buy.
