★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretendia comprar um sapato social para o trabalho e fui a essa loja , mas a vendedora me atendeu de forma rápida e sem interesse nenhum em me satisfazer. Quando cheguei em casa para ver o calçado escolhido percebi que o acabamento era péssimo. Retornei um dia depois e fui atendido pelo GERENTE, ( nº do estabelecimento: 057642125 ), para a realização da troca por outro calçado, mas, de forma ANIMAL... MUITO MAU EDUCADO, SEM POSTURA E SEM NENHUMA ÉTICA PROFÍSSIONAL ele deixou claro que o calçado que havia escolhido não tinha o meu numero e me recomendou procurar outra loja, de preferência em outro shopping.
Trabalho satisfazendo os clientes que atendo diariamente e percebo a satisfação dos mesmos. e fiquei muito triste com o atendimento dessa loja do Shopping da Bahia !!!
Melhore Sr. Gerente no trato com seus Clientes e prepare sua equipe a excelencia para poder ser diferencial entre vendas !!!!!
I wanted to buy a social shoe for work and went to this store, but the saleswoman answered me quickly and without any interest in satisfying me. When I got home to see the chosen shoes I realized that the finish was terrible. I returned a day later and was attended by the MANAGER, (establishment #: 057642125), to make the change for another footwear, but, ANIMAL ... VERY BAD EDUCATED, POST AND NO PROFESSIONAL ETHICS he made it clear that The shoes I had chosen did not have my number and recommended that I look for another store, preferably another mall.
I work satisfying the clients I serve daily and realize their satisfaction. and I was very sad with the service of this store of Shopping da Bahia !!!
Improve Mr. Manager in dealing with your customers and prepare your team excellence to be a differential between sales !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma loja clássica para quem deseja comprar sapatos a um bom preço, a variedade é ótima e tem calçados para todos os gostos, mas o número de caixas de sapatos e papéis espalhados pelo chão da loja atrapalham na movimentação dos clientes e dos próprios funcionários, e como as papéis que vem dentro das caixas de sapato são escorregadios alguns acidentes podem ocorrer, fora isso a loja é ótima!
