★ ★ ★ ★ ★ minha esposa foi ate uma loja da leão do sul em varginha conversar com uma vendedora e pediu ajuda pois a minha mãe queria pintar a casa ela deu a sugestão de levar a minha mãe achei uma boa pois a minha mãe é uma senhora de 70 anos ela escolheu a tinta ate ai tudo bem quando o pintor mostrou como ela ia fica na parede não gostou tentei trocar de acordo com a politica da empresa não poderia trocar porque ela era preparada ate ai entendi; quando nós abrimos a outra tinta que era branco neve ela estava dura por cima (não sei como chama isto )tentei explicar que não queria trocar. Mais sim alerta para não acontecer isto com outros clientes ai me ligo um tal de Gustavo gerente geral de vendas para me explicar a politica de troca tentei falar que não queria mais saber da leão sul ficaria com o prejuízo e que ira comprar na concorrencial ele foi mau educado com a minha esposa e falo para eu procurar os meus direitos desligo o telefone na minha cara tentei ligar de novo é não me atendeu pós bem fica a minha indi guinação com a leão sul!!!!
my wife went to a Leão do Sul store in Varginha to talk to a salesperson and asked for help because my mother wanted to paint the house she gave the suggestion to take my mother I thought it was good because my mother is a 70 year old lady she he chose the paint so far so good when the painter showed how it was going to be on the wall he didn’t like it I tried to change it according to company policy I couldn’t change it because it was prepared until then I understood; when we opened the other paint that was snow white it was hard on top (I don't know what it is called) I tried to explain that I didn't want to change it. More alert to not happen this with other customers then I call a guy Gustavo general sales manager to explain the exchange policy I tried to say that I did not want to know more about the south lion would be with the loss and that he will buy in the competitive he went rude to my wife and tell me to look for my rights I hang up the phone in my face I tried to call again and it didn’t answer my post well my induction with the south lion is up !!!!
